Outdoor Site Cleaner - Weeding & Bin Maintenance
Location: Wisbech - Long Sutton
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 with a half-hour break.
Pay rate: £12.21, no overtime required.

Barker Ross is currently recruiting for Outdoor Site Cleaner for our client specialising in Recycling Waste Streams for individual clients.
This role is to help maintain a clean, safe, and tidy outdoor environment and includes tasks such as weeding, cleaning bins, and general site upkeep. If you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in a clean space, this could be the role for you!
This is a temporary ongoing position.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out regular weeding of pathways, garden beds, and outdoor areas
Clean and maintain waste bins, including emptying, washing, and disinfecting as required
Remove litter, debris, and general rubbish from outdoor areas
Sweep, tidy, and maintain cleanliness of paths, entrances, and communal spaces
Monitor for any hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly
Ensure tools and cleaning equipment are used safely and stored correctly
Support the site team in keeping the premises clean, presentable, and safe
