Workshop Supervisor
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Hours: 41.25 hours per week on a 4-week rota basis:
1. Monday - Friday working 1 in 4 Saturdays:
1. 6am to 3pm - 5am - 9am on a Saturday
2. 7am - 4pm for the other 3 weeks
Salary: £41,895
Benefits: 27 days holiday + bank holidays (7 days to be used for Christmas shutdown)

Our client based in Mildenhall is seeking a Workshop Supervisor, where you'll manage a hardworking crew, oversee quality and safety, and help drive continuous improvement. If you love problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and leading from the front—this is your moment!

What we are looking for:
1. Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.
2. Experience with drawings and managing production schedules.
3. Experience of managing and leading a team.
4. Ideally a Level 2 City and Guilds qualification in Metal Inert Gas Welding or an equivalent qualification or previous welding and people management experience and prepared to complete the qualification.
