The role will be varied covering class teachers across the primary school and when required, will include some 1:1 support, small group support in class and intervention work. We are looking for someone who: Has a recognised qualification and experience of working as an HLTA. Has good literacy and math skills to support children across the school with GCSE’s (Grade A – C) or equivalent qualification. Has patience, understanding and good communication skills. Is cheerful, flexible and enjoys working as part of a team. Is self-motivated and can use their initiative to provide the very best support either 1 to 1 or in groups. Has a good sense of humour. Will make a positive contribution to our school community.
