We are supporting our client in their search for an experienced Administration Assistant. You will offer administrative support across the organisation and deal with all telephone or email enquiries. Based in the outskirts of Dover, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet guests
2. Dealing with all administration, correspondence and typing letters
3. Sending out company's literature and brochures to existing and prospect clients
4. Dealing with a diverse range of customers: Architects, Building Surveyors, Site Managers and Contractors
5. Updating the in-house CRM system and inputting data onto Excel
6. Working closely with the sales team, forwarding on customers' enquiries for quotations
7. Answering all telephone and email enquiries
Benefits:
1. Salary: £24,000 p/a
2. Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm (one hour for lunch)
