We are recruiting for a Marketing Intern\n \nWe are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to assist in developing and implementing content marketing strategies to enhance customer and employee engagement for our outsourced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract. The successful candidate will help create engaging content across various channels to build brand awareness, drive customer satisfaction, and foster a positive employee experience.\n\nContent Creation:\nDevelop a content calendar to plan and schedule content across multiple channels (e.g.
social media, blog, email, internal comms).\nCreate engaging content (e.g. blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos) that showcases our IFM services and benefits.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to develop informative and engaging content to demonstrate value\nCustomer Engagement:\nAssist in creating content to improve customer satisfaction and retention (e.g. customer testimonials, case studies).\nHelp design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote GFM and the value of the IFM Model.\nEmployee Engagement:\nDevelop content to promote our company culture, values, and employee achievements (e.g.
employee spotlights, company news).\nAssist in creating a campaign and associated materials to celebrate 10 years of partnership with our customer.\nSocial Media:\nManage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms (internal & external).\nMonitor and respond to internal Viva social media comments and messages.\nData Analysis:\nAssist in tracking and analyzing content performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).\nProvide insights and recommendations to improve content strategy and performance.\n \n Essential Skills:\n\nCurrently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.\nStrong creative writing and content creation skills.\nProficient in social media marketing and content management systems.\nExcellent communication and project management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\n \n Desirable Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with analytics tools and data analysis.\n \n NB: Please note this role will be based within an operational account team and not a marketing/communications department. \n\nAbout CBRE Global Workplace Solutions:\n \nAs one of CBRE's core global businesses, Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) provides end-to-end services to occupier clients across the entire lifecycle of a building.
