Role Overview: They are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Art Teacher to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to express themselves creatively while developing their skills and understanding in a range of artistic disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality art lessons that cater to the needs of all students. Inspire a love of art and creativity in students through engaging and innovative teaching methods. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential. Contribute to the development of the art curriculum and participate in extra-curricular activities, such as art clubs and exhibitions. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic exploration and critical thinking. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the school's creative arts provision. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related subject. Experience teaching art at the secondary level, including GCSE (Key Stage 4). Strong classroom management skills and a passion for engaging students of all abilities. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
