We are expanding our team and looking for Practitioners who want to be part of our drive to improve the health outcomes for the children, young people and their families who live in this community. We work in partnership with families, making co-production a top priority.
Post includes Corporate Membership to the IHV.
Subject to a Recruitment and Retention Premia of 6% for practitioners who have been qualified for over 12 months and 4% for those qualified for under 12 months.
We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified Health Visitors and are able to offer:
