Salary: £30,000 DOE
Location: Christchurch
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Full time - Permanent, Office Based
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Leadership: Take a leading role in project managing the onboarding of new staff, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new team members.
2. Policy Development: Develop and implement structured HR policies across the business to align with best practices and support company growth.
3. HR Administration: Manage all HR administration within the business, including:
1. Scheduling and documenting team and circular appraisals.
2. Collaborating with legal support to produce job contracts, NDAs, and other essential documentation.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Proven experience managing HR for a similar-sized organisation (40-60 employees).
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law.
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
