Job Description
This role will manage the day-to-day trading of cloud native products within the small segment online on European locales. They will ensure all merchandising, product & feature launches, pricing, and promotional updates are well planned and executed to a high standard. Utilise performance insights, digital best-practice, and marketing plans to collaborate with locales team and ensure that customer experience and commercial goals are successfully aligned and achieved.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Ownership:
- Review and propose promotional, experimentation, personalisation and optimisation initiatives and tactics to improve trading performance.
- Ensure that ecommerce learning and actions leading growth on a global level are communicated and implemented on European locales.
- Conduct regular website reviews to mitigate any errors on site.
- Drive successful commercial outcomes across our digital channels by owning the promotional trading plan with day-to-day website execution.
2. Performance Reporting and Optimisation:
- Ownership of tracking daily key performance metrics, looking at run rates for visits, engagement, journey funnel trends to create actions for improvement.
- Utilise various tools and insight analysis across the teams to drive through new initiatives which focus on the customer and conversion.
- Weekly sales reporting to the Digital Trading Manager on market performance and action plans for the coming weeks.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Responsible for best-in-class merchandising, through effective planning, briefing & review of campaigns, ensuring other digital teams have necessary information in a timely manner.
- Collaboration with the local team to provide performance insights, identify customer problems or opportunities and solve these through website merchandising and/or customer acquisition activities or initiatives.
- Deputise for Digital Trading Managers at relevant meetings when required.
