Law firm in Reading is seeking to recruit an Agricultural Property lawyer of 0 to 4 years’ PQE. You will work across a range of matters, which will include more traditional Agricultural Property work along with assisting clients with all manner of diversification projects. Clients will span many areas to attract your interest and you will advise and assist on a wide range of matters connected with rural land including: • sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings • drafting overage provisions • farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders • wayleaves and easements • property development/investment work • renewable energy projects and more. In addition, you may from time to time, also get involved in supporting the wider Commercial Property team. The team is looking for a solicitor who can build their experience working collaboratively on rural matters, whilst also running your own caseload. This may include some Commercial Property transactions should you so wish. You will receive good supervision and training, with the opportunity in time to build a name for yourself in a rewarding and specialist discipline. The team will encourage you to get involved in business development opportunities as part of the team and firm generally.
