Your role and responsibilities:
1. As a FM coordinator you will be the first point of contact for any FM related issues.
2. Carry out floor walks and have a visible presence on the floor liaising with internal staff and end users
3. Set consistently high standards across your allocated area and share best practice with the rest of the team to ensure service delivery needs are met.
