As a Spa Therapist, some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing a first-class service and delivering the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages, and nail treatments.
2. Maximising treatment and retail sales to achieve targets and KPIs.
3. Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.
We are committed to developing our team from within, supported by our dedicated in-house trainers who help therapists unlock their full potential through skill refinement, consultations, homecare advice, and promoting self-care.
Candidates should hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification, with massage experience being essential.
