This role will work in the dynamic and progressive Transport team, promoting and selling the exciting Milwaukee range. This role will be based in Ireland. Within this role you will develop your skill set to enable you to operate within your own defined territory where your main focus will be on developing and growing the sales of a targeted category into a mix of established existing and new accounts, with your passion and commitment to our brand. Key Responsibilities The ability to work under your own initiative to co-ordinate and implement a guided strategy focusing on delivering a targeted sales growth plan Essential to the role is development of new clients within your territory and relationship building with existing customers Maximize turnover and profitability with the customer base to achieve the overall business unit strategic targets Successfully presenting and selling a product range development plan and promotional campaigns. To provide end user support to specific customers, when required, to aid business growth Provide forecasting figures to your line manager with monthly turnover estimates in line with target and budget expectations at a customer level Effective communication in keeping the internal stakeholders; management team, marketing dept aware of the opportunities that are available within the market for the brand. To ensure instore footprint is managed regarding stock rotation and new line implementation and to be constantly looking to increase Milwaukee instore coverage Work closely with the Line Manager, to help develop & advance Milwaukee brand in the Transport sector To carry out other ad hoc responsibilities as requested by the Line Manager from time to time Skills/ Experience Required Relevant Sales experience in a related industry, preferable Relevant Sales and Marketing Qualification, preferable To be a strategic thinker: An understanding of the Power tool industry is advantageous To be enthusiastic and sales driven Strong selling, negotiation and relationship development skills Good communication skills, both written and oral; must be able to communicate at all levels Target driven: Ability to manage all sub product segments to achieve target objectives Passion and enthusiasm for our brand Real commitment to providing excellent customer service and acquire sound product knowledge Strong IT skills, including but not limited to PowerPoint, excel, word Strong planning and territory development skills UK travel and occasional European travel will be required LI-LR1 LI-LD1 TTI-EMEA Milwaukee-UK If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us
