A proactive Business Assistant is required to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer.
The person will need to start IMMEDIATELY.
Core duties include working as a right-hand partner with the COO, assisting with improving processes, pension/payroll/employee compliance issues, and other ad-hoc HR queries. Proven minimum 3 years of business operations/HR/project management experience is required. FCA regulated industry background would be desirable.
Office hours are 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
This is a 12-month maternity cover role; however, it could be extended depending on budgets.
Responsibilities include:
1. Business operations.
2. HR support.
3. Working as a right-hand partner to the COO.
