Job summary Role overview We are looking for a new Deputy Theatre Manager to join our Suffolk site. This will be 40 hours over 5 days per week including weekends on a rota basis, working across both sites. Main duties of the job Deputy Theatre Managers are an integral part of our theatre teams and will undertake a variety of duties. We can typically see 18-24 patients a day in our high-volume cataract surgery provision, so youll thrive working in an efficient and fast paced environment. About us Who are we? At the end of the day, youll help clean down the theatre and in all you do, youll ensure the highest standards are met in terms of patient safety, clinical compliance and hygiene levels. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council essential or HCPC Experience of and commitment to clinical audits Comfortable with Microsoft Office products and using computerised systems for data input/output and review. Good organisation skills and the ability to multi-task. Ability to support a multidisciplinary team and implement positive change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enjoys the routine and rhythm of a process driven environment. Able to balance working independently with appropriate escalation. Committed to delivery of consistently high standards of testing and administration.
