Key Responsibilities - Maintenance Coordination: Overseeing and coordinating maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our sites. This includes: - Scheduling inspections - Overseeing repairs - Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance - Overseeing the online ticket system to meet KPI agreements - General Building Maintenance: Assisting with: - General building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating - Setting up and breaking down meeting rooms for events - handling incoming works requests - Security: Assisting with security aspects being: - Key Holder management - On call key holder - on rotation - Monitoring access to the sites to ensure a safe working environment - Assisting with weekly safety checks - Health and Safety: Supporting health and safety compliance by ensuring all sites are safe and functional in co ordination with the Health & Safety Team.
