This full-time role is ideal for someone who’s super organised, loves ticking things off a list, and takes pride in making sure things get done — properly, and on time. You’ll be involved in everything from progressing client cases to managing internal admin and supporting the leadership team with day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Progressing mortgage cases post-offer through to completion
* Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and clients to chase updates and resolve delays
* Working closely with advisers to help ensure smooth, timely completions
* Managing internal processes, including adviser commission tracking and payments
* Preparing and updating spreadsheets, internal reports, and documentation
* Supporting the management team with operational and administrative tasks
* Maintaining internal systems, records, and shared folders (e.g. OneDrive, CRM)
* Assisting with weekly reporting and other recurring business processes
* Being an active part of the management team and reporting to the Director of the business
What We’re Looking For
* A methodical, reliable organiser with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicating with a range of people, including clients, advisers, and solicitors
* Comfortable working independently, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines
* Competent with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and cloud-based systems
* A positive team player who enjoys helping things run efficiently
Nice to Have
* Experience in mortgage administration, sales progression, or similar client-facing roles
* Familiarity with accounting platforms (e.g. Xero) or CRM systems
* Understanding of the property transaction process from offer to completion
