We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to work for a small business in Bath.
£24,000 - £25,000 + uncapped commission (£30k OTE)
Hybrid offered
37.5 hours per week
This is a pivotal role in expanding and overseeing well-established accounts. If you are a driven sales professional with experience in new business sales and a track record of exceeding targets, we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for an individual who is great at building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting the best solutions from a portfolio of options.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
1. A sales background (ideally)
2. Proven B2B client-facing sales background
3. Drive and passion to build a repeat customer base
4. Consultative sales approach
5. Strong diary management and organisational skills
6. Experience in managing and developing new business opportunities
7. Experience in using CRM platforms
8. Determination to achieve and exceed targets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New business acquisition for an exciting new product
2. Sponsorship sales
3. Managing secured accounts to help them achieve their marketing goals by matching needs with a portfolio of industry B2B platforms
4. Using numerous contact methods to source client plans and to pitch products which can assist in achieving those goals. Primarily email, video communication, social media, and industry events.
5. Generate leads
6. Maintain the company CRM databases
Occasional international and domestic travel is required.
