We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Retail Sales Advisors to join our team in our East London stores with roles available ranging between 13.5-15 hours per week across 2 days.
- The 13.5 hour role will include Saturday and Sunday.
- The 15 hour role will include 1 weekend day and 1 additional day during the week.
You will need a flexible approach to your working hours, and overtime to cover holidays will also be required from time to time.
This role will cover our stores in: Ilford, Romford, and Westfield Stratford.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Identifying and delivering customer requirements, meeting and exceeding their needs and maximising sales.
2. Achieving and where possible exceeding individual and team sales and service targets.
3. Identifying opportunities to cross sell various products and services.
4. Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
5. Ensuring the store meets all operational standards and the highest levels of presentation are always maintained.
6. Adhering to all Company Policies including Health and Safety, AML and Security.
7. Dealing professionally and knowledgably with all customer complaints/queries ensuring a satisfactory conclusion is met.
8. Ensuring telephone calls are answered in a prompt, polite and professional manner.
9. Undertaking marketing initiatives to promote the Bureau and increase brand awareness.
10. Ensuring all point of sale and company material is displayed correctly and in working order.
Qualifications and Experience required:
1. Demonstrable excellent customer service experience ideally obtained in a cash handling environment.
2. Experience of working with foreign currencies is preferred.
Competencies required:
1. Demonstrable superior customer service skills.
2. Numerate, with excellent accuracy and an eye for detail.
3. Comfortable communicating on all levels including within the business and to external customers and suppliers.
4. Must be flexible and have a can-do attitude and approach.
