The Ideal Candidate Will:
1. Promote positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, creating a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
2. Have high expectations for pupil learning, behaviour, and attainment, ensuring all children achieve their best.
3. Bring a creative and practical approach to learning, making lessons engaging and accessible to all students.
4. Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, with excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills, and experience working across the school.
5. Have experience supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural needs, ensuring all learners receive tailored support.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
Desirable:
1. Further qualifications or studies relevant to primary education.
2. Experience leading a subject or working with children with SEND.
3. Successful completion of NQT/ECT induction (desirable but not essential).
4. A full and active member of a Church in membership of Churches Together in England (desirable but not essential).
