About the role
Interested in joining our expanding Development Team with ambitions to deliver 1500 new affordable homes over the next 5 years? We are looking for a New Build After Care Coordinator to join our growing Development team. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality post-handover defect rectification service for our newly built homes, as well as administrative support for the Development Team.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
* Has experience of delivering a high-quality, customer focused repair/ defect rectification service.
* Has experience of collecting and reporting on a range of performance indicators.
* Has demonstrable experience working with key stakeholders including residents, internal departments, regulators and warranty providers.
* Is highly organised, with good planning skills and the proven ability to meet key targets and deadlines.
