Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Dynamics Programme Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale ERP transformation programme using Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations modules. This is a business-critical role, requiring strong programme governance, deep ERP expertise, and the ability to drive delivery across a complex, multi-country landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale ERP programme based on Dynamics 365 (D365), covering Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
* Establish robust governance, programme plans, and reporting structures to ensure visibility, accountability, and progress tracking.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams to deliver ERP capabilities that meet business needs and strategic goals.
* Serve as the senior point of contact for all programme stakeholders, including executive sponsors and third-party implementation partners.
* Drive business process transformation and standardisation across European business units through ERP best practices.
* Manage programme risks, budgets, timelines, and change control mechanisms effectively.
* Support stakeholder engagement, training, and change adoption across affected business units.
* Ensure the programme is delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with global ERP and IT strategies.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience delivering complex ERP transformation programmes, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O).
* Deep functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Operations within an ERP context.
* Track record of successful delivery in multinational or pan-European environments.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, especially at the C-suite level.
* Strong vendor and partner management skills, with experience leading third-party delivery teams.
* Ability and willingness to travel across Europe as required.
* Experience working under Outside IR35 contract arrangements is strongly preferred.
