An opportunity has arisen within the Specialist Rehabilitation & Frailty Service at Woodend for a permanent Band 4 Medical Secretary.
The successful candidate will provide a fully comprehensive medical secretarial and administrative service to the service consultants. You should have the ability to work in a busy environment, prioritising and organising your workload to meet set deadlines.
Audio typing, minute taking, excellent communication skills, confidentiality and a sensitive approach to dealing with patients are also essential to this post.
Candidates should meet the essential criteria in the Job Description/Person Specification. There are opportunities for expansion and progression within the wider Medical Secretarial Service, including expanding your knowledge into other roles or over time developing into a supervisory or management role.
