Trainee Bodybuilder - Industry Renowned Coach builders Looking for a trainee bodybuilder (coachbuilding) to join our client's experienced team and train alongside them, to learn the bodybuilding role and the fabrication industry Basic Salary: £11.40 per hour (£23,800) Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Shift/Rota to be discussed at interview (Overtime Availability) 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Day off for your birthday. Our client are one of the UKs most renowned coach builders with a couple of large sites located North of the UK. They are currently looking to add an experienced coach builder to their ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience of working in a similar role. The Successful Coach Builder Will Have: Experience of Fabrication and Mig Welding. Have your own set of tools. Understanding of the manufacturing process. A full UK driving license. This ensures efficiency and safety in the work environment. Unloading and Storing Deliveries: The role involves handling deliveries, unloading materials, and ensuring they are stored properly in designated areas. Additional Projects/Tasks: Flexibility is important, as the role may involve taking on additional tasks or projects to support the business as needed, based on management direction. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhering to the company’s health and safety protocols, maintenance procedures, and quality control measures is essential. It ensures that the work is done safely and doesn’t pose a threat to yourself or others. Punctuality and Professional Conduct: Timekeeping and behavior should align with company policies and procedures, reflecting professionalism and reliability. Compliance with Changes: Adherence to any updates in safety regulations, company rules, or alterations in work practices is mandatory to maintain compliance and safety standards.
