Monarch Education are working in partnership with a Primary school in Weoley Castle, Birmingham who are looking to appoint a full-time behaviour Mentor starting ASAP until the end of the academic year July 2025 with the potential to extend. The school are looking to appoint a full-time behaviour mentor to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis. You will provide support to teachers and other staff within the school, addressing the need of child who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning to achieve their full potential, or in accessing the curriculum. The school are looking for: An individual who can demonstrate existing experience with SEMH, whether that be in a classroom setting, a care environment or even personal experience.
