Are you eager to play a crucial role in supporting key business decisions? We are currently seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our vibrant Head Office team in Blythe Bridge!
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations, assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. You'll manage rebates for customers and suppliers, ensuring agreements are meticulously tracked and reconciled. Your expertise will shine through in preparing accruals, prepayments, and journal entries, while maintaining the accuracy of our fixed asset register. You'll reconcile invoice finance accounts and assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing analytical support for key business decisions. Daily and monthly bank reconciliations will also be part of your role, ensuring our financial integrity.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Assistant Management Accountant Requirements:
* AAT Qualified or Part Qualified, ideally studying towards ACCA or CIMA
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Exceptional IT skills, including intermediate Excel
* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills across various stakeholders
