We are looking to add a Receptionist / Document Production Assistant to our team in Durham. This is a permanent position. We will accept applications from those looking for full time or part time. CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: This position is required to provide reception and secretarial support at our Durham office. In order to meet and exceed our clients' expectations duties will include; Dealing proactively, effectively and pleasantly with clients and other professionals Diary management Audio typing Scanning documents Maintenance of files Preparing court bundles General administration. As the successful candidate, experience of reception and secretarial support is desirable. As the first point of contact, and in order to meet and exceed our clients' expectations, it is essential that you have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and pleasant manner when dealing with clients, visitors and staff both personally and on the telephone. You will demonstrate excellent IT skills and have the ability to use a database for which full training will be given. Whilst this role is based at our Durham office, there may be a requirement to provide occasional cover at our Darlington office (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
