Job Description
The SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect is responsible for leading the design and development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of innovative solutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
* Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise in ServiceNow, SCM, ITSM, and ITOM.
* Oversee the implementation and integration of solutions.
Requirements
* MUST hold active Security Clearance (SC or above)
* Extensive experience in architecture design.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow.
* Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM).
* Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).
* Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to lead and mentor a team.
