Salary: £37,000 - £47,000 DOE

A great opportunity for an HR Manager to join a growing SME business looking to expand their HR function. This role will play a key part in ensuring the HR services are streamlined, effective, and aligned with the business needs with a strong focus on process improvement, administrative efficiency, and HR Policy & Procedure implementation. This is a new role within the business reporting into the Business Directors.

What will you do as HR Manager?
1. Provide HR support, guidance and advice to employees & senior managers / directors
2. Implementing HR Policies & Procedures
3. Employee relations, L & D, performance management & employee contracts
4. Identify specific training & development programmes
5. Implement annual performance appraisals, drafting all HR related letters and documentation
6. Monitoring and managing performance / absence management frameworks
What do you need as HR Manager?
1. Minimum, CIPD Level 3 qualified
2. Be able to mentor employees at all levels across the business
3. Ability to drive change and improve efficiency within HR functions
4. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
