The Opportunity
Eden Scott has been operating in the Renewable Energy and Cleantech sector for over 15 years, with a well established track record of partnering with a broad range of organisations, including developers, consultants and broader supply chain partners.
We focus on both permanent and contract solutions across a mix of technologies, including onshore & offshore wind, wave & tidal, solar, hydrogen, energy from waste and battery storage.
You will have experience of delivering appointments within technical disciplines in the energy sector, across land, development, consents, planning, design, engineering or other relevant skillsets and have demonstrable track record of developing and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on repeat business and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:
* Developing your own desk within the Renewable Energy and Cleantech sector through effective business development and delivery.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
* Build and develop relationships with clients to truly understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
* Cross selling by introducing colleagues to new and existing clients and candidates.
* Proactively source and headhunt candidates through a range of channels, including job boards, our own CRM system, third party databases, LinkedIn, networking events and referrals.
* Conduct detailed interviews of candidates to assess suitability for roles.
* Manage the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle from initial registration of candidate through to negotiation of offers and successful onboarding of successful candidates.
* Achieving personal and team financial targets and contributing to overall success of the business.
* Attend events, conferences and trade shows.

* Experience & Skills Required:
* Previous recruitment experience covering Renewable Energy & Cleantech positions.
* Commercial acumen
* Evidence of first class customer service and results driven
* Demonstrable record of accomplishment in developing new and existing business.
* Energetic with excellent networking skills.
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Tenacious, highly competitive and able to use own initiative.
* Highly organised, professional and quality focused.
* A good standard of education with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
