SF Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing business based in Burton-On-Trent where we are partnering with them to recruit for an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is Monday to Friday with flexible working hours and the opportunity to work up to 1 day remotely.
This is a varied role to support with the below duties:
1. Processing invoices across the group of businesses.
2. Matching GRNs to invoices.
3. Investigating and resolving supplier queries.
4. Regular supplier reconciliations.
5. Preparation of the weekly payment run and generating BACS files for upload.
6. Regular liaison with centres and management team.
7. Assisting with bank reconciliation process.
8. Holiday cover for Accounts Assistant, including credit control duties.
