THE ROLE
Spearheading the logistics function, you will be responsible for leading the team on large logistics projects. The role will require someone with broad events logistics experience including conferences and incentives on multi million pound projects. Responsibilities will include:
1. Line management of logistics team and freelance resource
2. Supporting on pitches from a logistics perspective
3. Managing client relationships
4. Identify resource requirements, workflow management and event specifications
5. Ensuring that projects deliver against agreed targets for turnover and gross margin
6. Preparation and ownership of project budgets and timelines
7. Liaising with key stakeholders including suppliers
8. Reviewing and implementing processes and operations throughout the team
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a natural leader and expert in complex event logistics. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders alike. The role would suit an excellent problem solver who is calm under pressure with high attention to detail.
