Hours : 5 days a week (includes one weekend day)

Key Responsibilities :
* Customer Experience : Lead by example in providing first-class service, making each customer feel valued and offering a tailored shopping experience.
* Team Leadership : Manage and develop a small, experienced team, ensuring they maintain the high standards expected in a luxury setting.
* Store Operations : Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, including stock control and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Private Appointments : Coordinate bespoke fittings and consultations, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to clients.
