Reservations Advisor We are looking for an exceptional Reservations Advisor to join the Beauty Department. Based in our contact centre in our Harrods Headquarters in Hammersmith, this office based role is responsible taking bookings for all the Hair and Beauty treatments for the department in our Knightsbridge store Whether you’re a recent school, college or university leaver, or you’re looking to restart your career in an exciting new field, at Harrods we firmly believe in offering exciting career opportunities. About the Role The Reservations Advisor role is responsible for delivering excellent results through exceptional experience and service for all customers. The role is primarily based in our contact centre and covers call centre administration duties and taking bookings and enquires via telephone and email. This role may occasionally support in our Harrods Knightsbridge store on the reception desk within the Hair and Beauty department. This role requires both outstanding customer service as well as the ability to multitask IT systems with complete accuracy within the contact centre. Some of the tasks involved in this role will be: Booking customers into the Hair & Beauty Salon using the appointment Maintaining the appointment calendar ensuring any changes are updated in the calendar for appointment accuracy. Ensuring clients are advised correctly on which treatments suit their needs. About You Prior experience in a like for like establishment; Spa, Salon, Health Club, Medi-Spa or Aesthetic Clinic is preferred and an ability to build client rapport and be discreet and empathetic when discussing sensitive topics with clients. You will also: Be highly organised and able to manage calls and emails from clients while navigating the booking system Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Work well in a team and be open to learning from others Understand what excellent customer service looks like and be able to deliver that to our customers Have the ability to convert leads and add on retail sales using your knowledge of the treatments and products available and communicate effectively with clients.
