Location: Bromborough based with UK & International Travel
Hours: Full Time/Permanent (40 hours per week) & Flexible Working
The Role
MST supplied 50 vessels to a European user. These vessels have been in operation for over 10 years and 20 craft are now receiving a mid-life upgrade. The mid-life upgrade is taking place at MST’s premises in Bromborough, Wirral and consists of a new console, high-speed navigation system along with other modifications and improvements. The Account Manager will oversee all aspects of the nominated account including all sub-projects and contracts. The Account Manager will be both customer facing and the main point of contact for internal stakeholders such as Design & Engineering, Procurement, Production and Accounts.
Responsibilities
* Full account oversight
* Customer point of contact
* Liaise with customer appointed Government Quality Assurance Representative
* Internal point of contact for Key Contacts
* Assisting with planning for production and procurement purposes
* Hosting weekly technical/project review meetings
* Producing weekly progress presentations
* Monthly KPI reporting
* Supporting technicians
* Occasional overseas travel
Skills & Experience
* Technical/engineering background
* Knowledge of small boats
* Planning and project monitoring experience
* IT literate
* Ability to pass security vetting
* Organised and able to lead
