What You’ll Be Doing: Own It: Manage key grocery and high-street accounts with full P&L and JBP responsibility. You’ll drive revenue, close range gaps, pitch NPD, and deliver on ambitious targets—internally and with your retail partners. Build Relationships: Be the face of the brand for your customers—building strong, collaborative relationships across all levels. You’ll represent their needs internally while pushing for bold growth externally. Numbers Matter: Take charge of forecasting and financial planning. You’ll own the P&L, manage trade spend, and track every penny to hit your revenue and profit goals. ⚡ Chase Growth: Identify and unlock new business opportunities. Whether it’s expanding existing ranges or breaking into new channels (think OOH, convenience, and wholesale), you’ll be driving it forward. ✈️ Category Captain: Use customer and shopper insights to build compelling sales stories. What We’re Looking For: FMCG Sales Experience: 3 years in account management (grocery/high-street preferred)—bonus points if you’ve worked in a fast-growing start-up or challenger brand. Strategic & Commercial: You understand the numbers inside-out and can balance rapid growth with profitability. Storyteller & Negotiator: You know how to craft compelling pitches and navigate complex negotiations with ease. Proactive & Adaptable: You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
