We are looking fora Holiday Cottage Cleaner to prepare our stunning holiday cottages in North Cornwall. Hours: 260 hours per year. Changeover days can fall Monday to Saturday, so flexibility is essential due to popular short breaks and late bookings. Changeover times vary between 4.5 - 5 hours. Your start time would be typically 9.30 - 10 am. You'll work 5 hours per week with more hours available at busy times of the year. Your monthly pay, based on 5 hours per week will be £249 per month or £11.50 per hour. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Due to the remote location of some our properties, you will require your own transport. Free parking is available at our cottages. Rotas are issued in advance and we try to accommodate other commitments where possible. Salary: £11.50 per hour. The location covers a variety of our cottages, ranging from a collection of beautiful farm cottages, nestled against the backdrop of a picture-perfect working farm to Doyden House with access to stunning coastal walks and Port Quin, a peaceful sheltered inlet on an outstanding stretch of unspoilt coast. This will include making sure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned, well presented and welcoming for our guests. We'd also like you to keep an eye out and report any repairs or odd jobs that need doing along with replacing any broken items from the store supplies.
