Location: Loughton (Must live within a 40-minute max drive to the office)
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Per Annum (depending on hours and work experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
Our clients are looking for a Lettings Coordinator/Progressor to join their friendly, busy Property Management team.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for setting up new tenancies per month (approx. 25 plus)
2. Liaising with Lettings Negotiators once deposit is secured
3. Generating new tenancy contracts
4. Arranging any pre-tenancy works required
5. Booking the inventory/check-in/check-out
6. Dealing with tenants' deposits and ensuring they are lodged with the relevant scheme
7. Advising utilities of new tenancy and providing new tenancy information
8. Ensuring compliance and organising appropriate gas and electric safety certificates where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Strong IT and organisational skills
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. A pleasant, confident telephone manner
4. Helpfulness by nature
5. Ability to multitask
6. Efficiency with good attention to detail
