Overview
We are in search of an experienced Team Leader to join our developing & flourishing PSE region situated in our Manchester office. As a diverse group of dedicated individuals, we merge a variety of skills, experiences, and perspectives to confront complex challenges and deliver significant results.

You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our team of 5 Client Advisors and will be the primary point of contact for resolving any major issues.
How you'll make an impact
* Coordinating Client Excellence and People Strategy by leading all aspects of resourcing, monitoring workload management, addressing conduct trends, and ensuring effective training, development, and retention strategies. Achieve this through successful management of the Client Service team to understand client service delivery, workflow, and workloads.
* Monitor and manage trends in Client Service delivery, improving successful areas and addressing failures in Conduct, Compliance, Finance, and Audit.
* Manage internal and external relationships and proactively engage with key PSE collaborators, including Executive Directors, Broking Manager, Client Service Leader, and clients.
* Understand and respond to overall client service feedback, particularly from large and group purchasing clients.
* Coordinate the PSE Client Service team, conducting performance reviews, setting goals, supporting workload management, and serving as the point of contact for HR and performance issues.
* Support the Client Service Leader and Director of Client Service and Operations in delivering the PSE Region’s key priorities.
* Collaborate with Regional teams (Operations, MI & Conduct) to provide necessary information and reporting.
* Work with the Regional MI team on activities with significant reporting and budgetary impact.
* Promote good business behaviours, such as meeting preparation, active engagement, and timely response to requests.
* Encourage teams to explore new business opportunities to expand services to existing clients, focusing on new products and solutions.
* Contribute to and engage with Group and PSE-specific projects to support the achievement of the business's core goals and initiatives.
About You
* Team Leader experience within commercial/corporate insurance.
* Holding or working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications, Cert CII, Dip CII or ACII would be an advantage. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with an intermediate knowledge of the commercial insurance industry.
* Previous experience in the insurance industry, as is having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLAs.
* Risk aware in handling client information, 100% client centric, focussed on the best possible outcome for our clients at all times.
* Due diligence and process driven to deadlines, task focused, results oriented and takes initiative when assisting team members
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, confident when building and maintaining rapport, strong planning and analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS office.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
