Join a national construction company that works across the South of England and specializes in residential and commercial building projects.
For this role, the client is currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller for an immediate start.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Scanning and uploading documents to their internal document filing system.
* Processing hard copy data into digital formats, data capture, and input along with supporting the management team.
* Inputting information into systems, predominantly using Excel and Microsoft Word and the client’s internal document storage system.
* Generating reports and supporting the site management team.
* Supporting the commercial team, reconciling invoices when needed.
* Cross-checking paperwork in preparation for payments.
* Document management and control.
* Answering the telephone and taking messages.
* Basic administration tasks.
* Job hours are 9am – 5pm.
Requirements:
* Ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Administrator.
* You must be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic project environment.
* Previous experience in a similar environment is highly desirable for the ideal candidate.
* The role will be split over two sites, but you will be able to be based either in Poole (Dorset) or in Wokingham (Berkshire) and work 5 days a week at either location.
* Ideally, you will have a driving license and your own vehicle as there could be occasional travel to the site you are not based in.

The pay rate quoted for this role is PAYE Umbrella, which will see additional deductions to your take-home hourly rate.
