Description Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the industrial/manufacturing industry Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities for account growth and new business Work collaboratively with the customer service team Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently Develop and maintain strong relationships with customersProfile A successful Account Manager should have: Previous experience in a Account Manager role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices An ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolutionJob Offer Salary £30,000 DOE Performance-related bonus & commission Fuel car allowance Core hours of 8:30am till 4:30pm with flexibility Early finish every Friday at 2:30pm Death in service Pension contribution 28 days standard holiday Internal progression opportunitiesIf you are a dedicated Account Manager looking to make your mark within a reputable company, we encourage you to apply today
