Description
1. Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the industrial/manufacturing industry
2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
3. Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
4. Work collaboratively with the customer service team
5. Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Profile
1. Previous experience in an Account Manager role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry
2. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
3. A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
4. An ability to work effectively as part of a team
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
Job Offer
1. Salary £30,000 DOE
2. Performance-related bonus & commission
3. Fuel car allowance
4. Core hours of 8:30am till 4:30pm with flexibility
5. Early finish every Friday at 2:30pm
6. Death in service
