We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and versatile Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Management Team and act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage traditional PA duties while also contributing to strategic projects, including research, planning, and development coordination. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings often from different time zones. Screen and prioritise incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Process expenses and manage administrative tasks. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, including planning and development initiatives. Organise and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on various topics as required by senior management. Compile and analyse data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Prepare research reports and presentations. Other Responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required. Maintain a professional and positive demeanour at all times. Anticipate the needs of senior management and proactively address them. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
