Salary: £40,600 - £61,000 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

What is the Role?
As part of our growth plans, we are looking to increase our growing team and require a BMS Project Engineer to work across London and South East England. You will be field-based, supported by a team based in Egham. We are looking for exceptional people who can bring big ideas, new skills, and innovative thinking to help us build a world that's more sustainable and inclusive for you, your family, and the community you live in.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Scheduling, planning, forecasting and managing all technical activities from project conception to completion.
2. Performing job start up, checkout and troubleshooting for systems and service installed jobs.
3. Understanding and awareness of contract conditions and requirements.
4. Planning, coordinating and supervising all project labour requirements and providing guidance to contractors at the assigned level of responsibility.
5. Monitoring and recording project progress and deliverables in accordance with the project programme.
What do I need?
1. Experience operating as a Project Engineer within the BEMS & Building Controls industries in the UK marketplace.
2. Technical understanding of Siemens, Trend, Tridium and Distech systems.
3. Demonstrable and verifiable experience of commercial management in the industries outlined above and be able to work alongside the management team.
4. Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
5. Demonstrate a professional manner and be dedicated to meeting customer expectations.
