We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support the accounting and finance team of a company in the technology and telecoms industry. The successful candidate will process orders, handle invoicing, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and timely.

Finance Administrator Responsibilities
1. Process and review orders in a timely and accurate manner
2. Maintain and update financial records
3. Handle invoicing and payment collection
4. Process customer and supplier invoices
5. Raise Purchase Orders
6. Liaise with the sales team to resolve any order discrepancies
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
8. Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports
9. Assist in financial audits
10. Support other finance-related tasks as required
A successful Finance Administrator should have
1. Exposure to previous Financial roles
2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
3. Ability to work to strict deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
4. Excellent numerical skills
5. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures
Job Offer
Finance Administrator
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum
Permanent Position
Hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office)
