Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their progressive and forward-thinking company. Based just out of York with transport connections between York and Hull, free parking and excellent benefits. You must be sales focussed, target driven and ready to pick up a phone at any opportunity.
This is a permanent Full-time position working 9am-5pm, flexible working will be available after probation.
Duties:
* You will be managing incoming and outgoing enquiries.
* Upselling business opportunities and providing advice (training will be given)
* You will have the skills and ability to offer excellent customer service and to always demonstrate a professional attitude.
* Administration duties
* Researching potential opportunities and local market knowledge
* Relationship building and customer retention.
* Client meetings when required, with use of a company car.
Requirements:
* The ability to work towards targets.
* Previous sales experience essential
* Negotiation and relationship building skills.
* Previous contact centre experience desirable
* Driving licence due to location- essential
* A fun and can do attitude.
