The Role
We are looking for a proactive, data-driven individual to join our team as a Marketplace Manager in this newly created full-time role.
As a key player in our e-commerce strategy, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Purchasing and Finance to maximise performance and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management & Optimisation: Oversee and enhance product listings across multiple marketplaces (including Amazon Seller Central, Mirakl, Magento and other third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop), ensuring accurate descriptions, competitive pricing, and high-quality imagery.
2. Performance Analysis: Track sales data, monitor key performance metrics, and leverage customer insights to drive growth and improvements.
3. Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and profitability goals.
4. Inventory & Order Fulfilment: Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure seamless order processing.
5. Advertising & Promotions: Manage marketplace advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products) to boost visibility, conversion rates, and revenue.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and wider business teams to align marketplace initiatives with overall company objectives.
Ideal Skills
1. Strong expertise in e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
2. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
3. Proficiency in marketplace tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Mirakl, Magento, and third-party platforms like TikTok Shop.
4. Understanding of digital marketing strategies and marketplace advertising.
5. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
