We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR and Compliance Officer to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure our HR procedures not only comply with legal standards but also foster a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
Ensure policies comply with employment laws and industry regulations
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to maintain legal compliance
Handle workplace investigations and resolve compliance-related concerns
Develop and implement HR policies and training programs
Maintain accurate HR records and reports
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and compliance.
Knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
CIPD certification (or equivalent) is a plus but not essential.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a skilled professional to work closely with the HR Manager, contributing their expertise and experience to drive excellence.
