Overview
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you'll design the strategy and execute direct-to-customer marketing campaigns to drive lifetime value, loyalty and spend using our leading automated marketing systems. You'll utilise the most appropriate channel and message applying test and learn methodology. Write creative briefs, execute campaigns, analyse results and present back to the team and wider business with recommendations on how to develop further.
Responsibilities
1. Design the campaign strategy using data and insight and execute direct to customer marketing campaigns to drive lifetime value, loyalty and spend using our leading automated marketing systems
2. Development and implementation of marketing campaigns using our real time data plus traditional methods such as RFM segmentation, lifecycle journeys, triggered campaigns and personalised content.
3. Deliver the marketing plan using the appropriate channel with a particular drive to leverage our highly rated App with Push / rich inbox campaigns plus Direct Mail, SMS, targeted emails, and Coupon at till
4. Manage to a marketing budget and. target
5. Using customer segmentation, data and reports to drive more personalised marketing messages based on behaviour, product, channel and message using a test and learn methodology
6. Interpret campaign reports & analysis to make intelligence led campaign decisions
7. Creation of bespoke campaign assets and promotions
8. Responsible for part of the CRM & Planning team budget and provide regular updates to the Senior CRM Marketing Manager
9. Support with third party relationship management including SLAs and service issues
10. Provide information and recommendations to the Air Traffic Control process with marketing plans, volumes and results for your segment/s
11. Support in the overall management of Direct Marketing plans and timing schedules
12. To provide cover across the wider team as and when required
13. Build relationships with internal network to foster a collaborative way of working and alignment in the delivery of key activity
14. Keep abreast of industry good practice and innovations to discuss and provoke future thinking and internal change/wow/approaches
Qualifications
15. Team and people management experience
16. A good understanding of the principles of direct marketing especially in using digital channels such as App push, rich inbox and Email
17. Ability to interpret complex information and present back in a simple user-friendly format
18. Good Excel skills with the ability to interpret and translate data
19. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
20. Ideally some previous experience working in a similar role within a multi-channel business
21. Experience and/or knowledge of campaign management and reporting software
