Responsible for the continued development of the Senior Leadership Team and embedding the Heads of Lived Experience and Co-production in their respective care group teams and spaces. Responsible for the strategic planning and operationalisation of the systematic growth of the lived experience workforce, supported by the Trust wide Lived Experience Leadership Team, to ensure high levels of productivity, motivation and workforce development that is responsive to needs of local demand as well as national guidance and expectations; To ensure personal recovery principles and a social inclusion framework are retained at the heart of all lived experience workforce roles, ensuring that people who use services and their supporters participate and contribute to the process; To provide support to community agencies in order to facilitate and promote recovery focussed practice and social inclusion, in line with the Trusts vision; To ensure that the Director for Lived Experience is kept informed of new requirements and developments related to the lived experience workforce; To provide reports to the Trust Board, Executive Group and Care Group Boards as required; To ensure that the lived experience workforce are regularly updated regarding national, regional and Trust developments; To formalise links between emerging peer and lived experience worker skillsets and coaching competences at local and national levels; To liaise with Trust Professional Leads and Service/Clinical and Care Directors regarding development of services within their area; To contribute to the positive public image of the Trust; To support the Trust in its contribution to the wider public understanding of what it means to have lived experience of mental and physical health issues, and the reduction of stigma and discrimination; To deputise for the Director for Lived Experience in representing the lived experience workforce and the Trust in relevant local, regional and national forums;
