This is a salaried position $17 - $20/hr, DOE

The Accounts Receivables Clerk position is located in Bedford, NH and is a Hybrid Remote position.

Accounts Receivables Clerk Job Description
* Sunday - Thursday position with flexible hours.
* Study and memorize Billing Codes.
* Communicate with Technicians and Managers.
* Collect Timesheets.
* Scrub Timesheets.
* Enter Billing & Payroll with accuracy.
* Meet deadlines.
* Attend Teams Meetings.
* Review Billing & Payroll Sheets.
Accounts Receivables Clerk Responsibilities
* Ensure all Timesheets are submitted using the attendance provided as a guide.
* Communicate with technicians and assist them in correcting timesheets or reminding them to submit timesheets.
* Import timesheets from Outlook into Server.
* Scrub timesheets to ensure codes and sheets are accurate and complete.
* Create a combined file containing all sheets.
* Create a Billing Sheet using the combined file, then enter invoicing using a software called Varasset.
* Enter Payroll accurately using the combined sheet.
* Review work and previous work to ensure accuracy.
* Review a selected team member’s work each week for double accuracy, with weekly reports to be sent.
* All data is kept on our company server.
* Repeat the process on Sunday for the next payout.
Accounts Receivables Clerk Qualifications – External
Minimum:
* High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Effective communication skills and ability to multi-task.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
* Demonstrated capacity to thrive in an ever-changing, often ambiguous business environment.
* Ability to seek out and seize opportunities and take initiative with little or no direction.
Preferred:
* 1+ years in a related field.
* Experience using any of the following: Office, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Varasset, Teams, & Telegram.
* Experience in Billing & Payroll.
* Great attitude.
Additional Notes:
This is a salaried position. It is a Hybrid Remote position with 3+ days a week in the office.
